At Neroli Medspa, our number one priority has ALWAYS been the health and safety of our clients and staff. As a trusted facility in our community, we want to assure you we are taking the necessary precautions to safeguard against COVID-19.

 

Neroli Med Spa has always followed strict cleaning policies for the protection of both our staff and clients. Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, we will continue to do so earnestly and will be taking numerous additional precautions to prevent the spread. 

 

These precautions include:

• Extensive hand hygiene.

• Use of personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, masks, face shields, eyewear).

• Respiratory hygiene / cough etiquette.

• Sterile instruments and devices.

• Cleaning and disinfecting environmental surfaces. Extensive disinfection before and after each client interaction to ensure a safe and clean environment. 

 

Clients must wash their hands upon arrival and have their temperature checked before beginning the procedure. Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the spa. All clients and guests must provide and wear face masks if the service allows it. If the treatment area is on or around your face, our Esthetician will wear a face shield in addition to their own face mask.

Please rest assured we are following all local and national recommendations to maintain the highest level of safety and client care. 

 

The COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period, during which carriers of the virus may not show symptoms and may still be highly contagious. Given the current limits on virus testing, Neroli Med Spa will not be accepting clients who have travelled by commercial airline, bus, or train within the past 14 days. 

 

At this time Neroli Med Spa will not be offering services to clients who present any of the following symptoms: 

• Fever

• Sore Throat

• Runny Nose

• Dry Cough

• Shortness of Breath

• Loss of Senses (Taste and/or Smell)

If you are not feeling well, please stay at home for your own safety as well as the safety of those around you. We strongly encourage you to call your primary care physician for guidance.
